Following last weekend’s serious road traffic collision in Tyrone which involved two of Lisa’s McHugh’s band members Daniel Martin and Simon Sheerin, the Glaswegian is back on tour again this weekend.
This was a very worrying time for the country star who thanked her dedicated fans on behalf of her band members for their kind messages of support.
“Despite it being a very worrying time we are all so thankful that things aren’t a whole lot worse!
“It has been incredibly overwhelming to have received so many lovely messages from you all and every one of them are greatly appreciated.”
Lisa added “As much as we will miss the boys, who are recovering from last weekend’s car accident, we are looking forward to getting the show back on the road. Until the boys have made a full recovery we will being using some other musicians who are very familiar with my music”.
Lisa is excited to hit the ground running and get back to what she does best with a jam packed weekend of country music.
This weekend will see the princess of country gathering the crowd for a night of dancing and fun, starting in the West Lodge in Bantry this Friday, The Jamboree in Fintona on Saturday and The Wild West Country Fest in Kilconly on Sunday.
This is sure to be a great weekend of country music fans with Lisa wanting to remind all those travelling to and from events to stay safe on the road.
