Whilst excitement is brewing among fans for the release of her new album #Country (Hashtag Country) next week, country icon Lisa McHugh has announced today via social media new single, ‘Satisfy You’ is out now.
Back in May, Lisa released her first single, ‘High Cotton’ from her forthcoming album, and while this was thought to be the only single to be released before the album, Lisa has pleased fans with the news that another single is now available, via iTunes and Spotify.
It is an exciting time for Lisa’s fans at the moment with the release of #Country, after her last album, ‘Wildfire’, being such a huge hit and reaching number 7 on the Irish charts. ‘#Country’ will be Lisa’s fifth studio album and is expected to be her best yet, with a string of covers and originals.
#Country has been modernised in it’s name due to the high demand of county music – with the genre becoming most popular among 18-25 year olds in Ireland today. ‘#Country’ is anticipated to be a runner for the coveted top spot in the charts on it’s release, next Friday 12th August.
